Girlfriends!

Molly had a good friend over to play today... Kaiya. They were born one day apart and play so well together. We made a fort with a tunnel entry and read tons of books while jumping on the bed. Life is good.

It's.... a BOY

Well it's official... the Brady family is adding a sweet baby boy to the fun! Molly is very excited to be a big sister and she tells me everyday what she is going to do. "Baby mommy's tummy. I hold it. Kiss it on head"

I'm a little nervous about having a boy--I have no clue how to take care of one, or have any clothes on reserve. But I am excited about brown and blue in the nursery!

Princess Party

Have you ever been invited to a Princess Party? Well, we prepped like it was the prom! Nana (my mom) made sure Molly was decked out with a new Belle dress for the party, so thank you Nana for making us beautiful for the big day:) Molly's favorite part of the assemble are the shoes... could you blame her?

Notice the M&Ms... we had to do a little bribing

I think this one is hillarious... it looks like Ava is giving Molly all the nursery gossip that she missed the previous week:

This is what happens when 2 and 3 year-olds see presents and toys... every princess swarmed to the new toy:

Scenery Pics

Before I get started on the scenery pics, here is Molly having a blast at Nana's (my mom) house. They hung out at their house most of the time because my parents are taking care of my grandmother who recently had a stroke. So Molly got used to wearing only a diaper (it was over 100 degrees everyday), not doing her hair, and running the house. The only thing she has control over are the dogs so she had them in line for 8 days. You can't see it very well but she is holding a beggin strip treat for the dogs. She would carry them around all day so that the dogs would follow her. She screamed bloody murder if, heaven forbid, they took it without her permission. This is her cheese smile... she won't smile normal for cameras anymore.

Michael really held his own driving in Panama so I got a pick of him and the Prado (it was in desperate need of a wash when we were through).

We're Back!

We are back from our Panamanian adventures! Blake and I went with Michael and Libby to pick up Patrick from his mission. We had a fabulous time! Panama is gorgeous and I got a lot of great shots.

I loved seeing Blake back with his brother.

The temple was beautiful. It was a cloudy day but I think it made for a great backdrop.

Patrick was the smart one in this photo. He got the single bike. We thought it would be fun to take the four person bike, but it was a little hard to get going. I'm sure we fit in with the other Panamanians, lol.

Can the shore get any prettier?

The Canal! Can't go to Panama without seeing the Canal!

Patrick and his buddies from the mish.

I don't think I've announced that I'm pregnant, so I thought I'd include this one... I'm due in December:)

Love this:

Brothers. Reunited and ready for Panamanian mischief!

Takin a breather at the beach.

This was the view from our apartment. Instead of a hotel we rented an apartment in Casco Viego. It is supposedly the up and coming tourist place. There are ten blocks which are guarded by police that make this area safe for tourists. There were many places we visited (mainly Patrick's areas that he served in) that we could not roll down our windows. Extremely dangerous. But Casco is "arguably" the safest place in Panama (inside joke).

Weekend at Nana's

Molly, Zoe and I went to my parent's house this weekend to have a builder's open house. It was a great success and Molly got to have some good play time. She loves her outdoor kitchen, police vehicle and chatting on the phone to all her friends. She has to keep up with the nursery gossip in Grapevine!

Zoe got a chance to hang out with her boyfriend, Reagan. But they have to be supervised at all times because Reagan isn't fixed. No puppies for us, please!

My first flowers

Every Mommy has a first... the first smile, the first huge blow-out diaper, the first kiss and "love you". Today I got my first bouquet of flowers. I have always imagined having a my little girl pick flowers for me and feel so accomplished as I oohed and ahhed over her beautiful arrangement. My heart melted as my two year-old handed me the wilted, have-blown dandilions out of her sweaty palm.

Could a mother ask for a better gift? Never.
