My baby is growing up
Molly went to nursery for the first time at church. For those of you who don't know what nursery is, it is a class for 18 months to three years of age. It is quite the milestone for mothers. Nursery means that you can now go to class without having to tend to your child. The teachers were wonderful. Molly was overwhelmed with how many toys were in the room and she muttered, "Wow", when she walked in. Blake and I stayed with her the entire time (two hours) and helped her adjust to the change. We were actually the ones having the hard time because we were forced to let go. It's hard accepting that your child would rather play with other kids instead of snuggling in your arms. But I know that it is good for her. They had snack time, play time, lesson time, and singing time. Molly enjoyed every bit of it, but kept checking on Blake and I to see if we were ok :)
Here are a couple of pics I snagged with my phone. They aren't great quality, but oh well.

Book your Blog!
I wanted to let all of my readers (who are most family and friends) know about a cool new thing that I've started. It's called "Book your Blog" and it is a way that you can turn all of your blog entries into a hardbound book. I am in the middle of publishing my blog entries from 2007 so I will post some examples when I am finished. Here is the cover:

Are you kidding me??
Please excuse my disgusting bathroom. We had just gotten home from the trip and I poured out my suitcase on the counter. But this is what Miss Molly came up with when she couldn't reach her (my) make-up in the drawer. She pulled the kitty litter container I had left out for my neighbor to watch our cat and used it as a stool to get up into the drawer. I don't have a child, I have a monkey.
